An extension of our proofreading service, our copy-editing service examines the text in greater detail, picking out repetition, inconsistency and improper use of grammar.
Our copy-editors are experienced working with business and education material. We know just how to edit a document with care and sensitivity without changing the intended meaning or style. The words will still be yours, only presented more clearly and consistently.
We are flexible and are always happy to discuss your aims at the start of every project and offer advice on how best to proceed.

Pricing
As your project will be unique to you, our prices are quoted for each job, taking into account the level of service you need. Getting a quote is quick and easy. We can book your project in the same day if needed.
Quotations
Email kelly@ultimateproof.co.uk with an outline of your word/page count, file type and deadline. We will send you a quotation to approve. We are also happy to complete a short proofreading sample if required.
Payment
We don't ask for a penny until the job is done. Our invoices have generous payment terms. You can pay via credit or debit card, or BACS bank transfer if preferred.
