Our expert proofreaders will check:

- figures cited in text match tables/graphs
- every word, even the small print.
We are also sensitive to your deadlines. When time is tight, no one wants to see a 'sea of red' amends. Let us know what is important to you and we will go above and beyond to return the file to you on time and within budget.
Example project: Proofreading the 100-page annual report for an education organisation. Checking the 'front end' (the company reports and updates) for errors and consistency with corporate style; checking the 'back end' (the financial report and statements) for formatting errors and inconsistencies. Ensuring the whole PDF works together as one report, checking contents pages, headers and footers.
Pricing
Prices start from £30 per hour (approx. 3,000 words). We can get a lot done in an hour! Booking is fast and easy. We will respond quickly and can book your project in the same day if needed.
Quotations
For a formal quotation, simply email kelly@ultimateproof.co.uk with an outline of your word count, file type and deadline. We will send you a quotation to approve, usually within an hour.
Payment
We don't ask for a penny until the job is done. Our invoices have generous payment terms. (New clients may be asked for a 50% payment upfront for the first job.)
